Who We Are
About Yori Analytica
Healing Through Intelligence
Our Identity
What Yori Analytica Stands For
Yori Analytica represents the intersection of compassion and computation. We believe that a healthier nation begins with standardizing clinical data through ethical data governance for interoperable systems to globally retain genomic value building for AI-ready data asset.
Our Purpose
Mission & Vision
Mission
"To unify Africa's fragmented clinical data and biological samples into standardized, actionable Health Intelligence Foundry—ensuring every record fuels research, improves care and strengthens national sovereignty."
Vision
"To become the definitive digital and biological archive of African health—enabling equitable healing and global research leadership through interoperable infrastructure."
Where We Operate
Accra, Ghana
Yori Analytica is headquartered at Accra, Ghana. We operate at the forefront of Implementation Science, standardizing Africa's hospital data using the global OMOP Common Data Model (OMOP-CDM) through the open-science ecosystem of OHDSI (Observational Health Data Science and Informatics).
Impact
Our Objectives
- Standardize Africa's Health Records — Map hospital EHR systems into OMOP-CDM using global standards (OHDSI)
- Fill the Implementation Science Gap — Transition Africa from a passive data consumer to a producer of Real-World Evidence (RWE)
- Strengthen Hospital Economics — Deploy AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management and operational optimization tools
- Build Secured Federated Learning Infrastructure — Enable AI model training without exporting patient data
- Protect Africa's Biological Assets — Establish ethical governance ensuring genomic value remains within local communities
Infrastructure
National Health Intelligence Foundry (NHIF)
Yori Analytica serves as the primary architect of the proposed National Health Intelligence Foundry (NHIF) for Ghana. By utilising the open global standards of OHDSI, we ensure Ghana's health system is built on interoperable, non-proprietary infrastructure—protecting digital sovereignty and preventing vendor lock-in.
Global Affiliation
OHDSI Active Member
We are proud members of OHDSI (Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics), aligning our work with the world's leading open-source community for observational research.
